Since they're doing crossplatform character transfers I might look into the PC version. I think I actually have the game on Steam.
I play it mostly on Stadia since it was free with all expansions there. Need better gear though, currently power level 973.

Originally bought it and a couple of expansions on Xbox One.

So, today I had the first matches in PVP that weren't "Man, this sucks" and "Why do I do this to myself, I could just open up a vein and have a lot more fun".
